Yes this game is now 18 years old, as is my well-preserved PS2, but gotta get it out again once in a while and relive fond memories. It's a bittersweet moment when you get to the final few screens, the happy music is playing and you know that you and Scrat are done. Time to grow up again, sigh...

My dad played this game when I was a kid. Going by memory from what my dad did, I played this game myself a few years ago and more or less steamrolled through it. This was one of my favorite parts of it. 😃

How do I make it work online?

Boring just credits for such a frustratingly hard game that gets way too hard way too early. A game should not get extremely difficult at level 8. On the Saturn Version the control is horrible, too jumpy and loose even on the slow setting.

Evidently, this player doesn’t know that the chicken wire fences provide armor against the flying squirrels.

Arrrrrrggghhhh!!! This game is designed for 10-year-old kids and I, age 60, find it frustratingly difficult. No problem collecting nuts, passing through gates, zig-zagging around most of the stationary ice chunks, and hitting all the arrows during the mid-air intervals, BUT then all those icicles start falling down with no time to react, and once you start slamming into them it just gets harder to get back on course and there goes away all your points. Try and try again I usually score 5000-6000 points and - sigh - have to try again. After several tries I just have to shut it off and take a breather. Is there a cheat code? Beer maybe?

my dad and I would sit at the computer, put in the cd rom, and play this for hours. this is so nostalgic for me and him. he always chose red. we loved when it would say “GET ON WITH IT RED” when you were taking too long! I want to own it physically just for the memories with him 🥹
